About Us: Fraser Coast Support Coordination is a leading NDIS disability support provider dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to live their best lives. Our team is committed to providing top-notch Support Coordination services, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join us on this fulfilling journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage office operations, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to our dedicated Support Coordination team.
- Build rapport, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with NDIS standards.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance organisational efficiency.
- Ability to accurately maintain quality administrative systems and prioritise work on multiple tasks and manage deadlines and targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in administration or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Computer Skills in MS Office, Excel, Outlook and IT Platforms.
- NDIS Worker Screening, current Paid Blue Card and/or Current Yellow Card – Positive Exemption Notice.
- 100 points of ID including current passport/birth certificate and current QLD Driver’s Licence.
- NDIS Commission e-Learning modules Certificate of Completion – NDIS Worker Orientation Module, New Worker NDIS Induction Course Module and Supporting Effective Communication (Can be completed upon employment).
- Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and procedures (desirable but not essential).
