Your new role
As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team and ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will work closely with the manager of the service team. Your duties will include:
- Service coordination
- Labour Scheduling
- Asset entry and management
- Small repair quoting
- Subcontractor management
- Invoicing
- Chasing overdue debtors
- Time sheet consolidation
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and reports
- Processing orders and payments
- Working with systems including SimPRO, MYOB Exonet, and the MS Office Suite.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar administration role, preferably in the electrical industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
