- Facilitate accurate data entry of consignment notes and meticulously manage the electronic filing system, ensuring seamless document organization and retrieval.
- Execute the creation and meticulous maintenance of customer invoices, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and adherence to procedural standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, to proactively address client needs and ensure optimal service delivery.
- Payroll processing and reconciliation for all DG departments; annual leave coverage for Fleet Schedulers
- Coordination of onboarding of drivers (Medicals, Uniforms, IT, Training, Inductions); assistance in safety and compliance auditing, reporting, and data entry; coordination and support for management and team meetings; general administration assistance in other parts of the business as required
- Previous experience in a similar role within the transport industry
- Demonstrate expertise in data entry and Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Provide outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders
- Exhibit advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and bring industry experience to streamline processes
