We are currently seeking an efficient administrator to take on the role of Admin Officer. This role is based in our Launceston office and requires someone who has a knack for work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Attending to incoming calls, emails & other communications
- Undertake record management, including filing, documentation and archiving
- Providing administrative support for the team
- Assist in maintaining general office duties, ordering of stationery & consumables
- Processing timesheets & Payroll
- Assist in generating & processing internal & external invoicing
- Ensure data entry & reporting is completed in an efficient, timely manner
- General office duties & customer service
Required Skills & Experience
- Exceptional organisation skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate or better computer skills – Xero & Excel experience required
- Self-organisation and ability to think constructively
- Adept at multi-tasking and prioritising workload with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role – accounts experience highly valued
