About the Job:
We need a skilled Administrative Officer to join our office team in a full-time permanent position. Responsibilities include:
- General administrative duties
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Payroll processing
- Bank recs
- Provide administrative support to other teams
- Reception, filing, data entry and reporting tasks
- Customer service, answering phones, responding to emails etc
About You:
- You will be a great administrator with good time management skills. In addition, you will have:
- Understanding of Xero or similar SME finance packages
- Customer service focused with friendly disposition
- Understanding/experience in basic finance functions such as AP/AR, payroll, invoicing, Bank rec’s
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience in a construction/manufacturing environment desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
