Launceston Early Learning Centre is a state-of-the art service located above the Launceston Health Hub in Wellington Street. This exceptional purpose built facility was established in November 2019. Our service is within walking distance from the Launceston General Hospital and is easily accessed from Wellington Street, making it the perfect location for families that live and work in the local community.
About the role:
We are seeking experienced and exceptional customer service professional to join our Launceston team as a Full Time Administration Officer. The role will consist primarily of providing efficient and effective administrative support for Discovery staff and families, including reception duties such as greeting and farewelling families, answering phone calls and email inquiries, general accounts work, record keeping and clerical duties to support the daily operation of an early childhood education and care service.
The position is permanent full time 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday.
You must have:
- Previous administration and/or customer service experience
- Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration – or willingness to obtain
- Regular availability and flexibility to work a range of shifts during our opening hours
