The Administration Officer will be the face of Cairns Basketball office staff as the primary point of contact for administration queries. The position will primarily be Monday - Friday with possibility of some weekends required depending on events.
The following list of duties/responsibilities is not exhaustive and provided as a guide. Other duties may be required from time to time:
- Respond to emails, telephone, and in-person enquiries,
- Manage bookings
- Manage the CBI Master Calendar,
- Manage the CBI canteen (order stock, roster and oversee staff),
- Assisting Comps Manager, Ops Manager & General Manager
- Process invoices to be paid by CBI in the CBI accounting software (currently Xero),
- Provide support and assistance to the delivery of competitions when required, and
- Other duties as directed
