About the role:
Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to the day-to-day Depot functions by providing warehouse administration and operations support to our busy Depot in Toowoomba.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the Depot Manager, Schedulers and administrative staff
- General Administrative and Operations support
- Opportunity to upskill and provide relief of the scheduling, including when the Scheduler is on leave with step up allowance where applicable
- Administration duties including daily and end of month reconciliations
- Timesheet and payroll submissions to Head Office
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Day to Day Processing & Reports
- Work with operational support teams within the business (HSSE, HR, Compliance, Fleet, Finance teams)
Your skills and experience include:
- Forklift licence required or willingness to obtain
- Strong background in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Outlook. Excel, etc)
- Experience in administration/warehousing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task & meet deadlines
- Initiative and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Fuel or Logistics experience would be an advantage
