We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Systems Administration Officer based at our Brisbane Group Office.
This is a permanent full time position which will be a hybrid working arrangement.
This role reports to the Finance Optimisation Manager within our Group Finance team and is ultimately responsible for assisting with the maintenance and administration of our core Finance Systems.
Responsibilities include:
- System administration and maintenance tasks including maintenance of chart of accounts and assisting with system upgrades and enhancements.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Collaboration with the Finance teams to develop and maintain processes and reports.
- Supporting finance teams and operational users by troubleshooting issues and resolving queries as they arise and escalating as appropriate.
- Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of financial data across systems.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline workflows.
The systems include, but are not limited to, Microsoft D365, PowerBI, Planful and Blackline.
This role will contribute to the provision of quality and sustainable health services through effective use of the Finance Systems within the ethos of the philosophy, mission, values and ethics of St Vincent's Health Australia.
Things that work for us:
- Knowledge and experience of Finance Systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365, Blackline and data capture tools.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem resolution and root cause analysis experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps (desirable)
- Tertiary qualifications in one of the following: Information Technology, Accounting, Business or a related business area; or recognised relevant industry certifications, or study towards obtaining one of these.
- Dedicated team player attributes, strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced proficiency preferred)
- D365 Fundamentals certification (desirable)
