PACE Health Management is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team at our Mornington Clinic, in a permanent part time position with future opportunities to advance to full time for the right applicant.

Your role will involve liaising with clients to manage enquiries, referrals, payment processing (private & third party), bookings management and data entry. This role is designed to assist our clinicians to deliver the best possible experience for our client base.
You will also be responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the clinics, with tasks including efficiency reports, cancellation reports, client audits, liaising with referrers and other business development tasks as delegated by our practice manager.
Our ideal candidate will have well developed interpersonal and communication skills, including experience liaising with a wide range of people both face to face and over the phone, the ability to take direction and work both independently and as part of a team with a genuine desire to work in a professional client facing role. Proven organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload with effective time management skills and a strong attention to detail will be highly regarded.
