Brisbane South Palliative Care Collaborative (BSPCC) are looking for an Administration Officer - Advance Care Planning to join their team. BSPCC is the research and education arm of Metro South Palliative Care Service. BSPCC has been involved in a number of national, Statewide, and local projects in palliative care initiatives.

About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administration support to the Advance Care Planning (ACP) Facilitators and timely, accurate administrative support to staff and achieve quality processes within the Statewide Office of Advance Care Planning.
• Provide support to the ACP Facilitators within each hospital to achieve expected deliverable outcomes and build capacity in Advance Care Planning.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of relevant ACP Facilitator resources including documents, presentations, slideshows etc.
• Facilitate the coordination of ACP Facilitator led events, conferences, and workshops across MSH including the taking and dissemination of minutes.
• Contribute to projects and campaigns as needed, e.g., Statewide mailouts or events.
