Our client is a wholly-owned Australian Company and has been established for over 30 years.
The Role
- Processing accounts receivables and managing the database system
- Opening new accounts and closing finalised accounts
- Working closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of office systems and processes
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
Your Background
• Careful attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment prioritising tasks and multi – tasking;
• Be able to work unsupervised;
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel;
To be successful in this position you will be required to achieve:
• Proven administrative skills in an office environment including using MS Word, Outlook and Excel on a daily basis;
• Sound report and letter writing skills;
• Manage large client account portfolios;
• Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure;
• Positive attitude and highly developed verbal communication and customer service skills
• The ability to speak confidently on the phone in order to resolve complaints/disputes
• Great communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
The role will report to the Office Manager and full training in their customized software will be provided.
