Administration Officer / Bookings Officer

Smart Moves Healthcare is looking for another Administrations Officer specializing in management of therapist bookings. 

Role

We are a remote allied health business with 11 therapists all working in the community. Organization of the therapists appointment book is managed between the business manager and the therapist and with such a high volume of clientele, we require someone who is able to arrange and organize appointments. 

Required Skills

• Managing multiple calendars for appointment bookings
• Answering phone calls promptly and in an educated and courteous manner
• This can be a fast paced environment, so being able to handle multiple queries and triage appropriately. 
• Attend to general inquiries and provide assistance to the wider team.
• Working collaboratively as part of a small administrative team or independently when required

Applicants

• National Police Clearance.
• Certificate III or IV in Business, Business Administration or other relevant fields valued
• Knowledge of the NDIS or willingness to learn about the the NDIS
• Demonstrated experience responding to customers and clients as the first point of contact within an organization
• Ability to assist the day-to-day operation of an office
• Ability to assist the Business Manager and Compliance Manager in meeting Quality Assurance requirements of the business.
• Ability to take high quality minutes of meetings, proof documents, develop forms and brochures and flyers and attend to advertising requirements.
• Excellent computer skills to include data entry and high typing speed
• C class license and own vehicle preferred
