About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Child Development Unit team as a Administration Officer, where you will be responsible for:
- The provision of an effective and efficient confidential secretarial, administrative and reception service.
- Being the first point of contact for families, referrers, stakeholders, clinicians etc.
- Courteous and prompt handling of enquiries, both face to face and over the telephone
- Ensuring data entry and process is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven data entry service (efficiency and accuracy).
- Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, to a wide range of people on a range of sensitive and complex issues and to provide information for families, staff and other agencies.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to deal effectively with a range of tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and use initiative to solve problems.
- Demonstrated skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Ability to work effectively within a small team environment.
