Job description

Support the Technical Services Department and the Organisation more broadly in monitoring of and ensuring compliance with contract management procedures and conditions of the leases and licences of Council’s buildings and properties.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Knowledge of business computer systems including document management and customer service systems.
  • The ability to engage with and to support the contract managers, tenants, lease and licence holders etc. to meet their administrative and responsibilities in managing contracts or having care of Council property.
  • High level of written communication skills in order to draft and edit accurate correspondence and documents relevant to the area of responsibility.
  • A general understanding of the operation of council, contracts, and leases and licences.

This is a great opportunity to use your administration and personal relationship skills while covering for a temporary resource shortfall.

This Position is until 30 June 2024.
