An exciting opportunity exists at our Salisbury South Home Care office for a Contracts & Supplier Administration Officer.

Based in Salisbury South Home Care office, as our invaluable Contracts & Supplier Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support on procurement and contractual matters. This role supports the Contracts and Supplier Coordinator and the Finance & Administration Team Leader  in a range of administrative support functions. 

You’ll also make an impact by:

  • Assisting the Finance & Administration team leader and to implement best practice procurement practices
  • Undertaking procurement processes including quoting and purchasing of goods in line with effective procurement outcomes
  • Arranging Home Care Service agreements for Home Care Clients where required
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all administrative duties with suppliers and contract management 
  • Supporting key stakeholders in meeting Helping Hand’s Home Care service and delivery needs 

What you’ll bring 

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a relevant area such as Procurement, Contract Management, administration and/or purchasing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced communication and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • A high degree of attention to detail
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or be willing to obtain one

  • Experience in aged care of health industries
