About the role:
- Based at Keilor East Manor Care Community in Western Suburbs
- Full time, Monday - Friday
- Experience in Sales/Administration roles desired
- Experience in Hotel / Duty or Property Management is welcome
- Management of customer enquiries, conduction of site tours
- Management of sales pipeline to improve conversion rates
- Implementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional services
- Monitoring service standards and customer feedback
- Reception and other administration duties where required
- Assisting with processing of fortnightly staff payroll if required
- Assistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts
- Managing team rosters and timesheets if required
