What you'll be doing
The incumbent of this position provides a high level of administration, communication and professional frontline support to Blacktown and Mount Druitt Emergency Departments.
This role reports directly to the Emergency Department Clerical Manager, BMDH.

Selection Criteria * Extensive experience in an administrative role, with demonstrated experience in exceptional customer service skills the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Demonstrated superior verbal, written, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills and effective communication with all levels of a large organisation.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with proven ability in accuracy, initiative and flexibility.
- Demonstrated knowledge and competency in the use of IT applications including Microsoft Office and data information skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and actively participate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to multitask and handle unexpected matters when they arise in a professional & courteous manner
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
