In this role, you'll provide reception, administration and clerical support to the manager and team, to facilitate the efficient operation of the unit.
If you have:
- Recent administration experience with knowledge of procedures relating to reception and customer service
- Competence in the use of computer software packages, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and a willingness to acquire new skills
- Demonstrated commitment to, and understanding of, confidentiality
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to relate maturely and professionally to clients and staff in a busy environment
- A working knowledge of Medicare and its rules regarding patient eligibility
- Availability and capacity to participate in a 24 hour/seven day rotating roster
