The role primarily supports the Nursing & Medical Heads of the Emergency Department (ED) and provides executive assistance to the Nursing & Medical Heads of ED. Services are provided in communication and customer service, office management, education, project management, travel & conferences and specific functions related to the Nursing & Medical Heads of ED’s portfolio
- Demonstrated success in delivering high level support services to senior managers
- Demonstrated exceptional office management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage a high workload, prioritise tasks whilst under sustained pressure, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly developed communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to interact with people at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team as well as independently
- Proficient use of equipment and software to the level described in the position description
- Minute taking experience in real time using computers
- Experience in monitoring and preparing budget reports
