We are currently seeking a 12 Month Fixed Term Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.
The role
The position is required to provide efficient and effective day to day administration support to the Engineering Services Department.
The position is to ensure the provision of a prompt and courteous service in response to enquiries relevant to the administration process and efficient allocation of technical enquires to the relevant Engineering Services Officer.
To be considered you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in an administration and/or customer service office environment.
- Sound knowledge of relevant computer software, including MS Office, SSA, Authority, Confirm and Content Manager (CM9) would be desirable.
- Well-developed Interpersonal and communication abilities and skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
