About the role
Due to growth in our Community Services team, we have created a new position to provide administration and related supports to the General Manager Community Services, managers (x2), and to the larger team.
This position is designed for an office all rounder who has experience developing policies and procedures, organising team meetings, agendas and minutes and likes technology.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be kind, customer service focussed and thrive in a busy and varied role where no day is ever the same.
You will also have:
- Relevant qualification and/or experience in Office Management and Administration – ideally in an Aged Care, Health Care or Community Services setting
- Previous experience using electronic information and/or rostering systems (previous experience in Home Care scheduling would be of advantage)
- Intermediate level of computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet and Outlook
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, and ability to multi task
- Willingness to undergo a National police check
- Proof of rights to work in Australia
