Seeking an Administration Assistant to work for a leading global insurance company in Forster NSW!
The Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance to a Loss Adjuster or small team of Loss Adjusters.

What you will be doing?
- Efficient and accurate data entry, typing of assessment reports, correspondence and other documents.
- Claim lodgement and registration and update claims management system as required
- Monitor and manage dedicated mail inbox
- Answering inbound calls and respond to queries via telephone and email.
- Diary management as required
- Other ad hoc administration and claims related tasks as required, to assist the team
- Previous experience working within the administration space.
- Experience within insurance/property management/claims an advantage but not required.
- Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
- Can-do attitude and self motivation.
