C Side Plumbing is a well-established local business specialising in residential plumbing & drainage services for new homes & townhouse developments.
We’re seeking a professionally minded administration assistant to join our team.
Your role will include but not limited to the following tasks:
- Managing/monitoring emails
- Coordinate scheduling requests, inspections & maintenance bookings
- Organising incoming jobs for clients
- Applying effective communication & correspondence with peers, customers, suppliers
- Liase with Council Authorities applying & obtaining relevant permits
- Updating records & reviewing of spreadsheets
- Manage & maintain office equipment & supplies
- Organisation and cleanliness of the office space
- Other general administration tasks as required
The successful candidate should have the following skills and attributes
- Previous experience in an administrative role or alike preferably in the Construction industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Word)
- A punctual & reliable employee with a strong work ethic is essential for this role
- Proactive & versatile, able to multi-task and prioritise efficiently
- Ability to take initiative, work to deadlines, work autonomously but also part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
