We are seeking a person with a strong commitment to human rights and social justice principles for this 35-month part-time contract position as the ILC Administration Officer for the Logan, Brisbane or Ipswich areas.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are recruiting an Administration Officer for AMPARO’s ILC Project for a 35-month part-time contract position, working 15 hours per week across 3 days. Wages will be in line with Level 3 of the SCHADS Award and there is the option of Salary Sacrifice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Working closely with the Manager, ILC Project Coordinator and Senior Administration Officer to achieve AMPARO Advocacy’s strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain required spreadsheets, assist with the onboarding for new hires and organise and maintain files and records to ensure they are easily accessible.
- Maintain and collate data and statistics for reports.
- Assist with the planning and execution of site events, forums and meetings including venue and catering arrangements.

SELECTION CRITERIA
SC1 A commitment to the principles of human rights, social justice and inclusion of people from CALD backgrounds with disability.
SC2 Ability and experience in independently planning, prioritising, and organising administrative support to meet deadlines.
SC3 Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills and abilities across a range of platforms, from correspondence, event flyers to website updates.
SC 4 Demonstrated high level of competence using office technologies including Microsoft Office 365 and standard office equipment.
SC 5 An ability to work well in a team, be self-motivated and to work independently with minimum supervision.
