Due to the growth of our Queensland team, we’re on the lookout for a star administrative professional to take the reins and assist the Regional Manager and Hygiene / Hazmat Team Leaders with tasks in support of the operational activities of our technicians and consultants on site and in our office.

- Be the heartbeat of our office, providing essential administrative support to our Queensland/Northern Territory team.
- Monitor incoming calls, coordinate couriers and freight, and purchase office essentials.
- Manage mobilisation requirements of team members (onboarding, site medicals, travel, equipment, personal protective equipment).
- Maintain document management system including training and compliance registers.
- Keep our assets registered and well-maintained, and assist our teams on site with equipment needs and maintenance.
- Support finance team with expense and invoice processing.
- Coordinate events and functions.
- Coordinate project meetings, and prepare quotes and tenders.

You will bring the following:
- Experience in an administrative / project support role.
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in operating in a small, agile team.
- High motivation, initiative, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, juggling and prioritising tasks with a commitment to quality and compliance.
- Strong teamwork ethic.
