The details:
- Permanent Full Time
- $70,587 - $82,123 pa + super (up to 12%) + leave loading
(increasing to $73,057 - $79,563pa effective 1 July 2024)

The appointed wage level will be dependent upon the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications. - 9 day fortnight
- 72.5 hour fortnight

About our opportunity
The Project Management team deliver $170m of Opex and Capex projects each year, covering roads, paths, drains, street lighting, and coastal infrastructure across the City of Moreton Bay region, supported by the Project Administration team.
As a Project Administration Officer, you'll work in a small team and your key activities will be focused on providing various reports, finance claims and purchase orders, and tender and contract documentation. Specifically, you'll be:
- Providing admin support preparing contract and tender documentation, and reports
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing communication (including customer requests), preparing agendas and minutes of meetings
- Creating project notices, signs and bulk mailouts etc
- Managing purchase orders, financial claims and progress reports
- Contributing to maintaining and improving tender and contract management systems and documentation
- Responding to queries and proactively engage with key stakeholders
- Contributing to a positive team environment and customer focused culture.
About you
The team work closely together at the centre of the various programs of work and your experience in a construction, engineering or project management environment will set you up for success. You can bring your:
- Considerable experience providing effective administrative support to a large team
- Experience working in a project environment is highly regarded
- Experience with a range of IT business solutions
- High level attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Great people and relationship management skills
- Current C class driver’s licence (required).
