DGT is a not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation delivering a variety of courses in safety, construction, business and high-risk work training and assessment. Due to recent growth, we are seeking a fun, energetic and vibrant individual to become our next RTO Administration Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to emails and phone calls for students and companies for training programs
- Following up students and companies for enrolment information
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience to students through enrolment and training completion
- Working with Trainers and the Administration team to ensure courses are scheduled and run on time
- On-boarding students for short course and certificate programs
- Processing data entry and course completion information
- Other duties and tasks in line with the administration service team as required

- A proactive approach to problem solving and excellent time management

- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new concepts

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Successful applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
A current Working with Children Blue Card and National Police Check is required and can be arranged for the suitable candidate.
