We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic junior Administration Officer to join our Sunshine Coast team on a 9 month maternity leave contract. You will be responsible for:

- Liaising with external customers, potential candidates and employees.
- Screening of Candidates for general registration.
- Conducting reference checks.
- Creating Employee contracts and extension paperwork.
- Organising travel and accommodation for temporary placements.
- Maintaining Employee records.
- Assisting in marketing activities including newsletters, advertisements. digital marketing campaigns and maintaining the website.
- Provision of high quality administration and recruitment support to our Consultants and our Recruitment Manager.
- Demonstrated experience in general administration and customer service with the ability to take on recruitment tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-managed.
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Have an interest in recruitment.
