About the Role:
- Handle day-to-day administration tasks efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond promptly to emails.
- Prepare documents and reports for various projects.
- Assist with accounts payables and receivables.
- Assist our events division and assist with administrative tasks.
- Keep our office stocked with essentials and organise staff birthday morning tea.
- Be ready to jump into any other duties assigned.
About You:
- High School Completed Year 12 or equivalent (bonus points for business administration coursework).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bring your eagerness to learn and a positive outlook.
- Driver’s license
- Blue Card
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues.
- Prior admin role experience is a bonus, but not essential.
- We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
