ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
The Opportunity

Based in our office dongers onsite, my client’s company LiquaForce is expanding, which offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join us during this transformative period. This role presents a 12-month contract with a potential for ongoing employment.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Seasoned administrator with excellent skills in Accounting Systems, Word & Excel
- The ability to quickly master the Tidy Stock ordering system
- Exceptional customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Current experience in payroll processing for a small team
- Confident accounts payable and receivable, including processing and reconciliation
- Strong organisational skills, with the capacity to multitask effectively
- Experience in stock management and coordinating freight fleets is advantageous
