About the RoleThis diverse role is for a skilled
Administration Officer with demonstrated experience in providing administrative support to clinical teams and completing specific tasks such as rostering and reconciliation. Naturally, you will be able to manage competing priorities and understand medical terminology as well as the complexities of Practice management and coordination. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of RFDS Cairns Base and its service delivery requirements.This is a permanent, part-time position (0.6 FTE/ x3 days per week) based at our Cairns Base. Flexible rostering arrangements available for the suitable candidate.
Key Duties Include:- Completing data entry
- Coordinating Clinic Lists
- Coordinate Primary Health Care Clinic appointment lists
- Urgent recall lists for Primary Health Care Clinic
- General Primary Health Care Admin Support
- Providing non-clinical administration support
- Organising meetings and conducting minute-taking
Who are we looking for?You would describe yourself as being a dynamic individual who is eager to contribute to a high-performing and supportive team, as well as meet the following criteria:
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Highly competent in maintaining confidentiality
