Our client URGENTLY requires an Administration Officer - Leasing for 2 months + Contract in Perth, WA.The Administrations Officer will be assisting in the coordination of administrative and statutory duties related to the City's landowner functions, including administering lease issues for commercial and community properties. Responsibilities also include the administration and monitoring of lease agreements, updating lease databases, and assisting in identifying City properties that may be surplus to requirements.
Skills and Experience required includes:
- Relevant qualification or demonstrated experience in business administration, property or facility management or a related field.
- Demonstrated administrative and customer service experience.
- Knowledge of relevant State Government legislation and a sound understanding of their application to Local Government leasing processes would be highly desirable.
