About the Role:
This is a Part Time Ongoing position within the Butterfly and Rosella wards.
What you'll achieve:
Administration:
- Management of staff vacancy and annual leave planners on behalf of managers- maintaining accurate reporting through timely updates
- Assist in coordination of recruitment processes - booking interviews as required and liaising with HR with onboarding of staff/ collation of all paperwork for international staff
- Create/ manage up to date Position Descriptions /interview guides as guided by managers
- Submit and manage new supplier paperwork and clinical product evaluation forms
- Manage communication platforms on behalf of teams including updating email distribution lists , Microsoft team channels and other forms of internal messaging
- Manage effective document filing and retrieval systems
- Coordinate diaries/meetings and take minutes and action outcomes as requested and ensure distribution of minutes undertaken in timely manner
- Assist as requested in data management to support workflow or access challenges as per the direction of the Managers
- Work in collaboration with Nursing education in support of documentation of orientation of new starters at the direction of the manager
- Provide a high level of customer service to the Nurse Managers and other stakeholders
- Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with all departmental staff
- Liaise with key stakeholders and management to reflect departmental needs and advocate for process improvements
- Other duties as directed consistent with the employee's skill level and classification
Classification for this position will range from AO31 - AO35 (base salary $72,800 to $77,911.6 pro rata per annum, plus superannuation)
