Our Client in Balmain is seeking an experienced Administration Officer. The ideal candidate would have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably working for a building company
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- High attention to detail
- High level of written and verbal communication skills

Daily Tasks include:
- Receive and respond to phone, email or online inquiries and job bookings etc
- Managing the daily schedule including monitoring of assessors’ status
- Data entry and various administrative tasks
- Liaising with customers to build strong relationships and advise of any changes
- Strong Customer Focus
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Maximising the utilisation of technicians to achieve optimal operational efficiency
- Implementation and enforcement of processes and business rules
