About the Opportunity:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join St Vincent’s Care Mitchelton on a permanent full-time basis helping a dedicated team to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for our residents.
St Vincent's Care Mitchelton (historically known as St Joseph's Villa, Madonna Villa and Oxford Park) is a carefully restored former monastery with 176 beds and located less than 10kms from the Brisbane CBD.

Things that work for us:
Experience in a similar administrative role (3 years’ experience desired)
Experience in managing HR systems (knowledge in Kronos and Workday desirable)
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination and National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
