About the Role
IDEAL Placements are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Officer who will primarily be responsible for providing high quality day-to-day administrative tasks with a focus on customer service and administration support for IDEAL Placements staff.
Task & Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative assistance to employment service program and operational staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service to participants, employers, staff, and other key stakeholders regarding facilities and services available.
- Calendar management for various sites.
- Data entry, filing and maintaining documentation of records in IDEAL Placements’ databases and third-party employment service programs.
- Travel between northern offices (Cannonvale, Proserpine and Bowen) to support the employment service programs service delivery requirements and operational needs.
- Reception duties in Cannonvale, Proserpine, and Bowen.
- Answer and direct all incoming calls for the northern region sites in a professional and courteous manner.
Technical Skills, Qualifications, Licences
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Current Driver’s License.
- Ability to obtain and retain Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Workers Screening Yellow Card.
- Be able to pass a Police History Check.
- Full COVID-19 Vaccinations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in administration and customer service.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent spelling and grammar and high attention to detail.
- Ability to support staff and multitask.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional corporate presentation.
