Come join the team at genU Training as an Administration Officer.genU Training is a Registered Training Organisation delivering valuable, job-ready and nationally recognised qualifications and vocational short courses.As the Administration Officer, you will deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients, while providing essential administrative support to genU Training and other divisions, ensuring seamless coordination of resources and data entry for short and long course programsThe main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide comprehensive administrative support for accredited training programs, including data input, coordination of course information, booking logistics, and managing student records.Handle customer service tasks such as answering calls, setting appointments, greeting visitors, and managing inquiries and bookings with a focus on high-level customer satisfaction.Execute general administrative duties encompassing office tasks, filing, correspondence, mailouts, invoice management, and resource ordering.Attend team meetings for professional development and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with genU Training Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions, demonstrating personal integrity and professionalism.This is a full-time, ongoing position based at our Support Hub in Geelong, Victoria. - NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion, or a willingness to complete.
