About the role:
Providing reception, administration and clerical support to the manager and teams, to facilitate proficient operation of the Service. Providing timely and accurate administrative and transactional services for members of the health care team.
If you have:
- Excellent communication skills, including accurate spelling, good comprehension, good verbal skills and the ability to deal courteously with people at all levels
- Excellent reception, office management and client service skills
- Experience in computerised client registration and scheduling databases and Medicare Billing
- An understanding and knowledge of Aboriginal social, cultural and economic issues and cross cultural communication skills
