The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of high-quality people and culture services to all leaders and employees at Moira Shire Council. The Administration Officer will support the roles within the People & Culture team to deliver services related to recruitment and selection, training and education, employee relations, and industrial relations. Key areas of focus are:
- Recruitment and Selection Administration
- Contracting and Onboarding
- Policies and Procedures
- Education and Training Administration

The successful applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment functional assessment, psychometric assessment, a National Police History Check prior to commencement.
