A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a customer-focused and organised administration professional to join our People and Culture team in an interesting and rewarding position. Contract: Part Time, Ongoing, 48.0 hours per fortnight (3 days per week - Wednesday to Friday).
The Position:
In this role you will provide administration support to the People and Culture department to ensure administrative workflows in the department occur in an efficient and timely manner. Areas of responsibility include administering employee on-boarding and exiting, coordination of interviews and contracts and maintaining department records and databases. This is an exciting time to join our team with the implementation of a Human Resource Information System in 2024 providing a great opportunity to learn an online employee management system. This is a job share position based in the department's reception area, where you will often be the first point of contact for internal and external customers. This position is suited to someone who enjoys people interaction, process driven work and can multitask whilst maintaining an excellent attention to detail.
Key criteria you need:
- A minimum of two years' experience in Administration
- A minimum qualification of Certificate III in Business Administration (or relevant equivalent)
- A high attention to detail with an excellent organisational ability in a busy working environment.
- Excellent skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office with experience working in databases.
