SalaryThe role as People and Culture Administration Officer:
This is an excellent opportunity to get a start in HR for a recent graduate or an experienced administrator.
The key focus of this role is to provide administrative support to our People and Culture team in-line with the areas of responsibility.
This is an ongoing part time position at 24 hours a week, with flexibility to work around other life commitments.
The remuneration is a Grade 2 under the Victorian Public Sector (Health and Allied Services, Manager & Administration Workers Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025) at $33.79 per hour, plus 11% super and five weeks annual leave per year.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in HR administration including recruitment, creation of employment contracts, processing compliance requirements (e.g. Working with Children, Police Checks) and updating HR systems
- Assisting with employee and external queries via email and telephone
- Maintaining and updating HRIS databases and record keeping
- Producing relevant reports as required to assist the organisation monitor compliance and indicators.
- Providing general administrative support across a variety of People & Culture team projects and initiatives.

About CHRH:
Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
