About the Role:
The Division of Medicine Cardiac and Critical Care is one of six divisions within the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network. As the Department Administration Assistant, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Respiratory and Sleep Services Department, Laboratories and Outpatient Services clinics. Principal duties involve co-ordinating clinics and providing general administrative support including billing and typing reports for medical, technical, nursing and scientific staff.
About you:
- Experience in providing an effective and strong patient focus within a patient service environment.
- Experience using Word & Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment
- Medical typing of reports using a Dictaphone system
- High level of computer knowledge and keyboard skills with a typing speed 50-80wpm
