Gallard Group (Gallard Machinery) is the fastest growing JCB/Air-O-Fan/Afron & FAE Dealership in The Riverland and has recently opened a new site in Mildura. Gallard Group represent multiple dealerships supplying machinery all around Australia.
We are looking for a multi skilled person who is dynamic, adaptable and able to complete a wide variety of tasks.
As part of a small administration team, the Administration Officer position is responsible for undertaking a wide range of business administration.
Key Responsibilities- General administration and Reception duties
- Document Management and maintaining an organised filing system
- The finance system including debtors, creditors, inventory, general ledger administration, banking and payroll
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience with accounting software (eg Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks etc), payroll and Microsoft Office.
- Sound time management and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to problem solving and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and competing timeframes
- Strong team focus and personal work ethic
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
