What you'll be doing
To work within the Security Department by providing timely and accurate administrative and transactional services to support BMDH. This includes assistance with the day-to-day efficient operations of the Security Department.

Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in clerical duties in a reception and customer service position.
- Demonstrated excellent written communication skills – written and verbal with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team or independently.
- Demonstrated computer operating skills with experience using Microsoft Office and other compliance systems.
- Demonstrate high level organisation skills include the ability to problem solve, prioritise workloads, multitask and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity, and confidentiality, and knowing when to escalate matters of importance.
- Demonstrated experience in computer/data entry skills, specifically MS Office products.
- The ability to complete all requirements of the Violence Prevention & Management course & Capacity to work as a regular 38 hour working week.
