This position, Administration Officer - Student Placements will report directly to the Manager - Clinical Placements.
The primary role of this position is to coordinate and implement the administrative aspects of placing students within the Bond University Medical Program and Allied Health Programs with healthcare partners for their workplace experience, and to ensure those placements run effectively and efficiently. This role will be one of the first points of contact for staff, students and clinicians pertaining to placements in the program.

We are looking for someone who has the following skills:
- Ability to provide a high standard of administrative support including a strong organisational skills and high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate IT literacy skills, with the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with student systems or similar.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for communicating with a range of people.
- Ability to work independently with good time management skills.
- Has high-level organisational and time management skills.
- Team player and contributes to team outcomes.
- Holds a business qualification or relevant workplace experience.
The salary for the position commences at $66, 517.31 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
Please note: The fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to two years, with twelve months' probation. The prospect of conversion to a continuing employment contract will be discussed at the end of the contract term.
