  We are seeking a skilled and energetic Position Title who possess a passion for person centred care. We welcome applications from people who are Manager to include desired experience/attributes.

  Selection Criteria:
  1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia
  2. Demonstrate accurate production of minutes of meetings
  3. Demonstrated ability to use initiative and problem solve.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and to meet targets and deadlines.
  5. Knowledge of financial classifications and experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  6. Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks, monitoring and determining work priorities to enable adjustments to workflow as required.
  7. Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment.
  8. Ability to prioritise and deliver activities within a tight schedule
