About the Position
We are looking to welcome aAdministration Officerto provide administrative, intake and program support for the Far North Queensland Region.
- Full time position.
- Level 3 under the SCHCADS Award. Salary range is $71,136 - $76,274 + Superannuation.
- Government funded until 31 December 2026 with possible extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and effectively manage reception, incoming phone calls and correspondence.
- Fulfill finance functions e.g., coding invoices, banking, petty cash, and timesheets.
- Interact in a professional and courteous manner with all clients and visitors.

About You
- Cert III in Business Administration or
- At least two (2) years’ experience providing administrative support to a busy office, preferably in the human services industry.
- Proven strong administration skills and an ability to multi-task.
Other Requirements
- Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved medical exemption.
