Administration Officer - Transport

Due to growth we have multiple Transport Administration Officer positions available to join their expanding team based in Marsden Park.This is a fast-paced environment where two days aren’t the same.About the role

• Planning and monitor fleet movements
• Allocation of freight for transportation
• Booking driver runs
• Manage driver hours
• Coordinate and communicate with Drivers to they understand all allocated tasks
• Maintain fleet management reporting
• Support of day-to-day operations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with warehouses and clients to maintain effective customer relationships

About you

• 1 years’ experience within a fast-paced, Transport Administration position, ideally in a Warehousing and distribution or transport or courier company
• You must also have reliable transport and current drivers licence
• Willingness to learn with display resilience with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
