About the role
Stewart Surveys is on the lookout for an Administration Officer to join our team. This full-time role will include the following admin support and reception tasks:
- Handle front desk enquiries and incoming phone calls
- Data entry
- General office work including new job setup, filing & tidying
- General office errands
Skills and experience
- Prior working experience in an administrative/office support position
- Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)
- Good attention to detail for data entry tasks
- Efficient and Independent worker with strong organisational skills
- Quick learner who is competent with computer software.
- Must be available on a full-time basis 8:30-5pm Monday to Friday
